Step 3: Secure your investment with a 10% deposit

Lock-in your unit

With a 10% deposit, to hold your chosen unit, giving you peace of mind while due diligence is completed. This is your first step toward ownership.

Step 4: Meet the developer & negotiate your contract

Payment Plan

Select your luxury apartment and fill in the Purchase Order. Accompany with copy of passport and 10% deposit of purchase price.
Choose between the ownership structure of Individual or Company. Full contracts issued.
Contracts signed and 30% of contract price due.
Payment Schedule as per construction progress:
- 30% due approx August once Structure is complete
- 25% due approx October once apartments reach lockup stage
- 5% at handover in December
Jan 2026 open for business and your returns begin with first payments made in February 2026

*Please note residential is only applicable if you plan to live at Atrium full time. If you plan to use your apartment for a holiday visit or short stay please tick investment.
Select your apartment type and number along with the size as per your selection.
To calculate the VAT multiply your apartment cost by 0.11. This is your 11% VAT component.
Add the Apartment price and VAT together to get the total Price of the apartment and divide by 10 to get your initial deposit amount.

You will find the banking details for your deposit on the first page. Please keep a record of your payment as proof of purchase for both your and our records.
