Developed by Scott Hindmarch, Master Builder with over 40 years of experience, including more than 20 years of award-winning constructions in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. His high-profile clients include government officials, celebrities, and world sporting champions.

Starting at the age of 16, Scott learned first-hand from his father, also a seasoned builder. By 25, he founded his own construction company, driven by a strong ambition and vision to make an impact on the industry. Atrium is a project built to high-quality Western standards, ensuring lasting value and superior craftsmanship. As a second-generation builder, Scott continues to follow in his father’s footsteps.

Scott is onsite daily to inspect and oversee the project, ensuring everything is up to his high, meticulous standards. He is building a legacy for his family and would love for you to be part of that legacy.

"I moved to Lombok in 2010 with a vision to create and build unique and high-quality residences and villas. After a long 15years of learning, watching, and planning, I’m finally fulfilling my dream to design and construct a very unique development with the evolution of our Atrium Brand, Atrium Lombok. Big thanks to my amazing staff, consultants, and building crew, along with my beautiful wife who’s been alongside me all these years, never giving up on our dream to create something special, but also being able to give back to the community with jobs, support, and education—helping them help themselves and inspiring others.
