Hotel policies
Check-in, the security deposit, cancellation and the house rules. If something here does not fit your plans, message us before you book and we will tell you what we can do.
Check-in
From 14:00 on the day you arrive.
The front desk will hold your luggage until your room is ready.
Depends on which rooms are free, so we cannot promise it in advance. Before 12:00 it may carry a charge. Between 12:00 and 14:00 it is free when a room is ready. To be sure of your room in the morning, book the night before.
If you land after midnight, tell us in advance so your check-in is ready when you walk in.
Photo ID for the guest named on the booking: a KTP or other government ID for Indonesian guests, a valid passport for everyone else. The name has to match the booking. Bring your booking confirmation too.
You complete registration, settle any charges still owed and pay the security deposit. Tell us about any special requests at the same time. We can refuse check-in without valid ID, or when the booking or house rules are not met.
Security deposit
IDR 1,500,000, refundable, paid at check-in.
Returned at check-out, once we have checked the room for damage and nothing is left to pay.
Cancellation and changes
Free.
We charge one night of your stay.
We charge 50% of the booking total.
We charge 100% of the booking total, with no refund.
New dates or a different room depend on availability and our approval. A different rate or extra charges may apply.
Nights you do not stay are not refunded.
We hold a booking once it has a payment guarantee. A booking without one is released at 18:00 on the day we send your confirmation.
Children and extra guests
Children of every age are welcome. Guests 18 and over count as adults. An adult supervises children everywhere on the property.
Free when sharing an existing bed with a parent or another adult in the booking.
Free, and always available.
A charge of IDR 750,000 may apply for an extra guest or extra services.
House rules
The guest who checks in must be 18 or over.
No smoking, no vaping and no durian in the rooms or any non-smoking area. Breaking this rule carries a cleaning charge of IDR 1,000,000.
Only guests registered on the booking stay the night.
Parties and events are not allowed in the rooms.

Use the facilities with care. Illegal activity, harassment and damage to property are not allowed. Breaking a house rule can mean leaving the property without a refund.
Keep them in the safe in your room. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to belongings left outside it.
Parking
The basement car park, for staying guests. It has security staff 24 hours a day and CCTV.
IDR 50,000 per vehicle.
Limited, so a space is not guaranteed. Park only in marked bays and follow the directions of our security staff.
Special requests
Early check-in, a particular room or location, connecting rooms and other requests depend on availability. We guarantee one only once we confirm it in writing.
